Blissful Buns is a 100% dedicated gluten-free bakery born from passion, teamwork, and a love of creating food that everyone can enjoy ~ safely and joyfully.
Owners Jason & Lori Land carried forward Austin’s gluten-free legacy when Dream Bakery founder Karen Cross relocated to California to care for family. They purchased the recipes, kept the staff, and rebuilt with some cleaner ingredients bringing better flavor safer on tummies!
Jason, a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef, leads the kitchen with skill and imagination ~ crafting buttery, flaky pastries and hearty breads that prove gluten-free can be every bit as indulgent.
Our small but mighty crew includes Holidee, our Kitchen Manager and lamination master who gives our croissants their signature fluffy layers (and created our famous cronuts!), and Amanda, our Lead Baker whose artistry and attention to detail help make every batch perfect.
Together, we bake everything from scratch, in small batches, using premium ingredients ~ no gluten, no seed oils, no preservatives. Just honest, crave-worthy food made with care right here in Austin.
